Disneyland...

The happiest place on earth!! It is pretty close. I know this is a shocking comment for most adults, especially from my family. Most of my family despises or is terrified of Disneyland. Clearly I missed this memo, because I do thoroughly enjoy Disneyland. My sister-in-law has been planning this trip for her 3 boys for over a year and so graciously invited us! Travis and I counted down the days for a year. We headed to California a day before Travis's family and stayed the night in Newport. Those who know me realize I was ecstatic to be in the O.C.. I am just slightly obsessed with the so named teen drama. (Seth Cohen is my idol). After wandering South Coast Plaza and Balboa pier we swung by the airport to pick up Travis's oldest brother, his wife and their 3 kids, along with Travis's parents. Disneyland here we came! We stayed on the resort so when it got hot and crowded in the middle of the day we came back to the hotel and laid by the pool. (seriously what is not to love about disneyland). Riding rides with 3 little boys is the most fun ever. They were so excited about everything which meant I didn't have to pretend I wasn't excited too. We rode every ride, walked into every shop, saw only the "boy" characters, and got lots of snacks. The anticipation of the trip was not a let down by any means. We had so much fun and can't wait for next time! Thanks to Ryan and Emily for the great trip and Travis's parents as well!

We were chosen as a VIP family to view the fireworks!

Early access to the park meant no lines for CARS

Don't forget the afternoons by the pool.
